C'è il sistema per far leggere i DivX al med600?

Capita a qualcuno di voi possessori del med600 di staccare l'hard disk per metterci dei nuovi file con le .

Si a me è gia successo due volte poi niracolosamente riappaiono

io uso il programma interno del mede8er, prima usavo thumbgen, pero questo nuovo è ottimo....

Anche a me alcune volte riappaiono ma molte volte no.

Non ve e mai capitata una situazione analoga; quando premo il tasto on, la luce rossa si spegne, la luce blu non si accende, e lo schermo tv resta nero.

Dal 15-12-2013 al 18-1-2014 ha smesso di funzionare due volte, muovendolo ha ripreso a funzionare.
Ieri sera ho guardato un film fino alla fine senza problemi, poi la mattina lo accendo e succede la solita situazione luce blu non si accende.
Oggi decido di prepararlo per il centro assistenza, lo provo per l’ultima volta, e ovviamente funziona.
Quando era bloccato, ho cambiato tre Dc-12volt, ma non è cambiato nulla.
Ho cambiato due cavi HDMI.

Senza entrare nel dettaglio del problema, per esperienza con apparecchiature hardware tu hai un problema da assistenza.
Il problema piu grosso è che è un errore randomico che non ti da sempre, e visto quel che racconti è sicuramente dovuto ad un falso contatto o all'alimentazione, cmq sia alla parte del PCB e non dell'alimentatore in se.
La miglior cosa è avvisare il supporto allegando un foglio al tutto, nel quale specifichi che l'errore è di natura randomica, questo spesso aiuta perchè te lo cambiano e via.
Segnati il seriale, quando lo riavrai se il seriale è lo stesso o è stato riparato in due secondi o te lo han rispedito.
In genere l'assistenza per oggetti come questi dove è un PCB con tutti componenti saldati, cambia tutto poi in un secondo momento passano alla riparazione.

scaricati il programma Visual AVI FourCC Changer è un programmino free che in pochi secondi ti permette di cambiare il codice interno Four CC lo cambi da Divx a Xvid dopo di che il video sarà perfettamente compatibile con il Med8er, inoltre con il suddetto programmino è possibile cambiare il fourCC a più files contemporaneamente.

E arrivata RMA per l’assistenza ma usando un traduttore mi sono venuti dei dubbi sui costi, e sulla confezione originale che io non ho più. Qualcuno può spiegarmi meglio. (comprato 2-2013, andrà in olanda) grazie

Products which can be fixed by performing a recovery or update will be charged with €25 handling fee and €9,95 shipping costs.



Overview (possible) costs:

Labour costs €50 (reduced rate) if no defect is not found or can be solved with firmware update.

Category 1: Within 1 year after the official warranty 25% of labour costs will be invoiced.

Category 2: Within 2 year after the official warranty 50% of labour costs will be invoiced.

Category 3: Within 1 year after the official warranty 75% of labour costs will be invoiced.

The products need to be returned:

- In suitable packaging with a minimum of 10 cm protection around them

- With the RMA number on the package

- In the original package

- In an anti-static foil (if this concerns electrostatic equipment)

If the serial number doesn’t correspond with the original packaging, we reserve the right not to handle the RMA
Damage due to inappropriate or insufficient packaging will not be accepted
Damage to the product caused by user error is not covered under warranty (we reserves the right to check the product for faults)
Products that are returned to us without a RMA number, will not be handled and returned to sender. Also the shipping and handling costs will be charged to the sender
We are not responsible for accessories which are sent with the package if it is not listed on the RMA request.
We only accept shipments under DDP terms

Non capisco perchè amazzone tedesco sia 20€ più economico dell'italiano...

Ciao raga, una domanda sull'aggiornamento: ieri mi è arrivato l'800x3d con fw 3.01 so che già è uscita la 3.02, come devo passarci? basta scaricarlo e andare via usb o mi consigliate un'altro metodo?. Grazieee

ciao a tutti ma dove scarico i templates da usare con l'applicazione thumbgen? Un'altra cosa: devo creare delle cartelle con lo stesso nome dei films giusto? grazie per le vs risp.

in streaming una volta che decido di mandare un qualsiasi mkv un po avanti o indietro , random scatta rendondo impossibile la visione...
potrebbe essere che i film sono dentro un hhd ext attaccato USb al pc?
Ho un docking station usb 3 collegato al pc con WD da 2TB
Mi scatta anche con le iso BD attaccate all'apparecchio tramite usb...
Ho sbagliato qualche cosa, magari aggiornando il firmware?
Sono partito con 1.03
sul sito c'è la versione V2 con il boot incorporato
subito dopo metto la 3.0.2
ho disabilitato il menu BD
Inoltre mi consigliate un prg per mettere le anteprime facile e intuitivo?
