provato ieri dal danik, niente da fare.
il problema è che si collega solo in samba.

anche avendo un nas che lavora anche in nfs, il tvix prevede l' nfs solo su un pc in rete con il suo programmino da installare.

la parte della rete del tvix è una ciofeca.
ho capito perchè non c'è un wireless integrato...
ci girerebbe solo la musica.

c'è in offerta dal mw un tera esterno usb2 sotto i 100...

Ho acquistato un paio di cavi cat6 per collegare il tvix al nas, settato a 1000Mbps, provato diretto senza router, ma tramite rete, và sempre a scatti.

Ho un TVix 7000 e visto che l'HW è lo stesso ti posso dire che il mio è collegato in rete cat6 e settato a 1000Mbps sia col PC che con il NAS.

Funziona perfettamente con tutti i tipi di file HD anche con alto bitrate.

L'unico consiglio che ti posso dare è quello di installare il firmware beta perchè anche io ho avuto problemi simili superati con l'aggionamento.

Ovviamente non risolve MANCO UNO dei problemi di rete con cui sto combattendo da 2 settimane.
Riassumendo:
1) Connessione ethernet instabile. In modo del tutto casuale, a volte funziona ed arriva a trasferirmi i file a 35Mbps, altre volte si pianta e solo riavviando il TViX riesco a ristabilire la connessione.
2) Connessione wifi "random". A volte (come ieri, in cui ho trasferito tranquillamente un MKV da 4,7GB in meno di 30 minuti) vede la chiavetta USB (quella della Linksys), altre volte (come stamattina) NIENTE.
Non riesce neppure a riconoscere la periferica USB.
Quando mi va bene, per stabilire la connessione devo (anche questa è bella) cambiare la velocità da 100Mbps a 1Gbps e poi di nuovo a 100Mbps... solo così gli apparecchi si "vedono" a vicenda e la connessione (a differenza di quella ethernet) sembra stabile.

Il venditore mi ha aperto una pratica di riparazione... ma devo spedire il box IN FRANCIA!!??

Che faccio, mi posso fidare?

Ma sono proprio l'unico ad aver sperimentato una tale mole di problemi sul fronte network, o è perché la maggior parte dei possessori del TViX non utilizza tale funzionalità?

legge i file m2ts che sono nella cartella stream.

quindi niente menu? è un disco tutto basato su menu per regolare i livelli video, etc...quindi degli m2ts singoli me ne faccio poco
peccato non legga la struttura del bluray, con i dvd è perfetto

Risposta:
"the tuner of T430 is Xceive XC3028.
the tuner of T431 is DiBcom DIB7070P.
But there is no difference for 4100 or 6500 model.
T431 can use 4100/6500 and 3300 model but T430 is not available for 3300."

i layout che crea sono di formato 720x480, che riprodotti in tv danno un effetto disordinato con caratteri grossi e deformati
esiste un modo per utilizzare nel menu ,layout di risoluzione 1280 x 720 ? (che sono per tvix 6500-7000)
o rendere il menu del tvix4100 migliore dall punto di vista grafico?

Scusate, mi ricordavo di aver letto di un modo per sincronizzare i sottotitoli, ma non riesco più a trovarlo nel mare di messaggi (il tasto cerca non mi ha aiutato).
Ho un mkv con la traccia dei sottotitli "in ritardo": come fare per "velocizzarla"?

Vai su "advanced" e spunta 1280x720. Ma nn so dirti se col 4100 va bene.
