There can be some jerking - or perhaps more accurately, double imaging - with 50Hz PAL material, but this is only seriously distracting under very specific circumstances, such as when a camera pans over the lines of a football pitch. Plus you can reduce the problem considerably if it’s troubling you via the set’s Intelligent Frame Creation system - though if you do this, make sure the frame interpolation isn’t set any higher than its Mid setting if you don’t want pictures to start looking painfully processed.

Obviously, this isn’t the first time we’ve drawn comparisons between Panasonic TVs and the legendary but sadly now extinct Pioneer KUROs. But with the P42VT30, the comparison is particularly justified, since we’d say the depth of its black levels really does finally tally with that of the last KURO set we tested. Dark scenes contain areas of blackness that really can look as black as the bezel around the screen, or the inky darkness of a blacked-out room.

si dice che sono sporadici è si notano nelle solite carellate veloci tipo linee di campo e con il solito nuovo ifc medio si riduce quasi completamente

diamola per chiusa su calcio ifc medio o dove ci sono delle linee in rilievo

People with quite bright rooms might do better with the slightly less contrasty but seemingly slightly brighter pictures of the GT30 series, and the P42VT30’s 42in screen frankly left us gagging for something bigger. But neither of these ‘philosophical’ arguments stops the set from being state of the art so far as current 40-42in TVs are concerned.

Cioè immagini un pò piu brillanti che sul gt30, ma filtro un pò riflettente che in stanze luminose farebbe preferire però il GT30?

allora direi che:
- "mesmerisingly good performance = prestazione talmente buona da ipnotizzare l'audience
- il nero è molto nero, molto .. kuru..
- il 50hz si può gestire
- il GT30 è un pò meglio sulla luminosità e quindi riferimento per ambienti luminosi

nessuna analisi o commento su fluttuazioni di luminosità...

anche se il giudizio complessivo è ottimo purtroppo anche qui si notano FW, rari e non inficiano la 'forza' del VT30, ma ci sono. Non si riesce a trovarvi ratio e la impoderabilità è disarmante, mooolto meglio imho un limite tecnologico fisso che la suspense elettronica...

sono d'accordo... non avrei saputo sintetizzare meglio la frustrazione di chi sta per staccare l'assegno ma poi ... aspetta la prossima review..

Costo accettabile, nero eccellente, design buono.
Anche in sd sembra che vada bene.... qualche fw ma insomma sembra una buona tv.

Pagine e pagine di discussioni con utenti che hanno il GT30 e che dicono, che nonostante qualche sporadico FW sono soddisfattissimi dell'acquisto, e ora vi preoccupate dei FW che sono ancora più rari sul VT30 rispetto al GT30?

Cioè ma ci sarà un motivo perchè sono tutti così contenti???
Tutti i possessori inoltre dicono che dopo un po di ore di utilizzo non si vedono più o diminuiscono ulteriormente... quindi se già di partenza sul VT30 sono rarissimi... figuriamoci dopo il rodaggio....
