devo calibrare anche io l'impianto (devo aspettare che arrivi tutta la parte video e faccio tutto in un colpo solo).

Sta venendo proprio un bel lavoro. Ma non ho solamente capito, proietterai direttamente sul muro o ci metti un telo davanti? Se proietti sul muro, hai usato una vernice speciale?
