Ho visto che sono usciti due o tre film con Ken Shiro protagonista in BD, dal punto di vista artistico valgono la pena per un amante del cartone o sono una semplice operazione commerciale?

Salve.Qualcuno ha già visionato il Bd "Un uomo da marciapiede" e può dare qualche impressione tecnica??...Ho letto su qualche sito (non italiano) critiche non eccezionali e vorrei una conferma prima di valutarne l'acquisto!!

Tutti e 3 hanno la lingua italiana ma vengono riportati come compatibili come regione A ( nella scheda di falling down invece nemmeno è riportato ), ma non mi fido molto ...

Io ho preso Falling down e funziona tranquillamente quindi presumo che valga lo stesso per gli altri 2 come per il colore viola e L'esorcista ecc..

Basta che guardi nella lista di jimbo, se un titolo ha l'italiano anche in USA allora vuol dire é che é region free...io ho preso la digibook di Natural Born Killer ed é region free

Vero, con l'eccezione peò dei film di lingua originale italiana: in quel caso alcuni studi li propongono con audio originale italiano, ma bloccati alla regione nordamericana (vedi i titoli Criterion di Fellini e Visconti o Il Divo).

Nel caso delle digibook Warner, quando il disco USA ha audio italiano, è necessariamente region free, poiché è lo stesso disco presente (con diversa confezione) nelle edizioni vendute in Italia. E comunque la Warner - per propria politica societaria - non regionalizza mai i suoi titoli (sono tutti region free in ogni parte del mondo).

Grazie mille per le risposte, quindi posso tranquillamente prendere Falling Down, Poltergeist, Assassini Nati e Willi Wonka in Inghilterra o o Stati Uniti anche se riportato region A nelel loro schede

Ragazzi merita di esser comprato ( a 9,90 euro ) il titolo "Guida galattica per autostoppisti" ?

ne sento parlar un gran bene ma purtoppo non esistono topic al riguardo

A me invece è piaciuto, ma forse perchè sono un fan dei libri!!

Va preso per quello che è: "assurdo"!

Comunque:
"Well, Disney has scored with the Blu-Ray release of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I love the film and the technical presentation is absolutely flawless. I also really was surprised at how fantastic the extras are. If you haven't given this film a chance, this Blu-Ray release is the perfect way to experience this extremely enjoyable film for the first time. This really is fantastically entertaining stuff!"

Per chi non l'ha apprezzato alla prima visione, non siete gli unici:
"So, with the book version of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy being a confirmed, inimitable classic, this film version needs to succeed on a variety of levels. Fortunately for me, it does. But I do have to add the caveat that it took me two viewings of this film to truly appreciate how well the filmmakers pulled of this feat. The first viewing was strange and had me making adjustments as to what I had imagined by reading the books and what I was seeing on screen. Frankly, if you had asked me after that first viewing, I would have told you the film failed miserably. Fortunately, I was dragged back to the theater for a second viewing. My attitude immediately changed after that second viewing. For those of you who haven't given this movie a second chance - - I urge you to do so now. I think you might have a different experience. At any rate, I loved the look of the film and learned to really adore the casting. Martin Freeman is an excellent Arthur Dent - - he's the perfect bumbling everyman. The real star of this show, however, is Sam Rockwell a Zaphod Beeblebrox, President of the Galaxy and moron. He's an absolute hoot and clearly was the perfect casting for the roll. John Malkovich pops up later in the film… his role was created specifically for the film by Douglas Adams shortly before the author passed away. There were a few things left out of the film here and there, so as a purist, I can't give The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy a perfect score. Regardless, this is an entirely enjoyable film that I find very satisfying."

Il BluRay è di ottima fattura, prende un 5/5 nel comparto video e un 5/5 audio (ovviamente originale)!

Mmax70 ti confermo quello che hai sentito:il BD di "Un uomo da marciapiede" non e' il massimo....e' comunque migliore del dvd e se ti piace il film direi che l'acquisto e' d'obbligo
