Dai diamo fiducia alla casa madre se scrivono 1080p sarà vero! Altrimenti sarebbe una truffa bella e buona!

Non è che bisogna essere avvocati del diavolo per dubitare, è lecito farlo perchè ad oggi non ci sono TV in grado di accettare i 1080p in ingresso non per una lacuna delle HDMI, bensì per la mancanza nel TV di un chip in grado di gestire quel segnale in ingresso.

Ad oggi solo il prossimo Plasma 50" 1080p della Pioneer sembra essere in grado di accettare quel segnale in ingresso, però uscirà a fine giugno e costerà un botto.

Se nel PDF non è chiaro bisogna dubitare quindi

si riferisce con quasi totale probbilità all'output, mentre a noi interessa l'input, in genere le specifiche ufficiali fornite dai produttori includono le frequenze e le risoluzioni fornite in output ma pure quelle accettate in input, che sono quelle che interessano a noi in questo momento

Se vai sul sito philips vedrai che lista chiaramente le risoluzioni supportate:

Significa che le HDMI sono compatibili col 1080p in ingresso, poi però c'è ancora da sapere se il segnale è supportato internamente dal chip di gestione video, quindi le informazioni sono solo parziali.

anche il mio tv TRASMETTE in 1920*1080p ... RICEVE a 1080i però
a parte gli scherzi sembrerebbe di sì ... nn capisco però tanti giri di parole invece di dichiarare chiaramente quali siano le risoluzioni supportate come fa la Philips ...
