ho un subfoofer POLK PSW 303 da collegare all'onkyo TX-SR 3100.
Imposto l'onkyo settando il crossover delle casse centrali e frontali su 80Hz. Imposto sempre sull'AVR LFE a 120Hz.
Non imposto il double bass.
Dall'uscita SUBWOOFER dell'AVR uso cavo coassiale che devo collegare al subwoofer.
Questo ha un ingresso LFE unfileterd ed un ingresso L e R filetered:
Ora accade che se collego il cavo all'ingresso LFE appena accendo il VPR (hisense c2 pro collegato all'onkyo tramite cavo hdmi in fibra - uscita eArc), il subwoofer emettere un fischio-ronzio.
Il manuale del subwoofer è per me non chiaro, riporta: "This method can be used with electronics that include a “SUB OUT” feature (Figure 8). It is not recommended for use with compact sub/satsystems. Connect a single RCA cable from the “SUB OUT” of your electronics to the LFE input of the subwoofer. This input bypasses the subwoofer’s variable low pass filter and relies on the filter built into your electronics. If your “SUB OUT” is an unfiltered signal (check your owner’smanual), use either left or right “Line Level Input,” to use the low pass crossover in the subwoofer. When using method #2, it is necessary toadjust the settings of your electronics as follows: Front speakers = large or small depending on their output capabilities; Subwoofer = “ON.”

Il manuale dell'onkyo riporta "Set the low-filter for LFE signals in order to pass only the lower frequency signals than the set value, and thus cancel unwanted noises. The low-pass filetr is effective only on sources with LFE channel".
Come collegare non mi è chiaro.
Il manuale del sub dice che nel caso di segnale unfiltered dal sub, usare la linea L o R in che però è chiamata filtered. In questo caso sembra che funzioni il crossover del sub.
Sembra che sia corretto collegare il cavo all'ingresso LFE del subwoofer e settare l'avr a 120hz (LFE). inserire il cavo nell'ingresso R dovrebbe creare un doppio filtro, sia nel avr che nel sub ma non dovrebbe essere un problema.
Che dite?
Perchè se collego all'ingresso LFE nasce questo fischio?
