Ciao, hai già segnalato il bug dell'audio che dal firmware H1230 in poi spesso sparisce sia su tuner (quando si cambia canale) che quando si passa da una sorgente all'altra?

Ciao, hai già segnalato il bug dell'audio che dal firmware H1230 in poi spesso sparisce sia su tuner (quando si cambia canale) che quando si passa da una sorgente all'altra?

2) the sound disappears sometimes when you change the TV channel or source (From youtube to tv, from netflix to tv, from tv to hdmi , etc). Audio Problem also when we insert an external receiver . No Automatic switch betwenn Dts And Dolby

We can not reproduce it in our lab. So could you mind tell which apps, channels have this issue? Or it happened when channels are changed



3) we ask you also if you can improve hlg for this tv

It is MT5657 platform and not support HLG HDR.



4) This is what we get when viewing most things in HDR. Banding, posterisation, solarisation and colour issues particularly in skin tones. colour are very bad, gray and darks . see attached pics https://www.avforums.com/threads/his...#post-26187738

If HDR goes into effect when you see the HDR film source. And the pictures in website are the Netflix film source?



5) A/V sync will be out over both HDMI ARC and Optical if the Digital output format is set to "RAW" (ie it is set to pass through Dolby Digital / DTS etc). This delay can be verified by listening with the internal TV speaker on at the same time - the audio is roughly 0.8 seconds late. Switching to "PCM" format and the sync will be fine (but no surround sound pass through obviously)

Pls try the new software as above.



6) aniview cast works only with some brand phones.

Could you mind tell me your MP brand, model, the app on your mp and the version?

Other issues, our R&D are checking and finding the solutions.

Ora basta questi mi hanno rotto, la prima cosa che farò domani è togliere il loro prodotti dal mio sito e-commerce. Non è possibile che non riescano a sistemare un cavolo di problema audio , un semplice switch tra DTS e Dolby. Neanche le Majestic danno questo problema. Per non parlare del local dimming e della app infinity. Hisense SVEGLIA SE VUOI COMPETERE CON O GROSSI MARCHI DEVI RISOLVERE QUESTI PROBLEMI

preda per la prima volta qualcuno ci sta dando retta...abbia pazienza...gia il fatto che si stiano adoperando lascia ben sperare considerando che da un anno e mezzo a questa parte non abbiamo cavato un ragno dal buco...questi in 10 giorni gia hanno rilasciato un beta direi anche in maniera abbastanza veloce...

Da quanto scrivi ritengo che tu sia un operatore del settore, nulla di male, ma il Regolamento, che pure tu hai espressamente dichiarato di avere letto e di accettare, richiede esplicitamente che tale categoria professionale debba dichiarare tale status all'Amministratore affinchè la cosa venga indicata nell'apposito indicatore che compare sotto il nick.

se penso che vari componenti sono identici presumo che l' HLG sia come nei samsung del 2016, funzionante ma solo coi decoder interni e applicazioni, non sfruttabile via hdmi

dovessero metterlo anche solo da tuner integrato non sarebbe poi male
