Pioneer DV-656 SDI........quanti modelli sono....qual'è il migliore?

My experience is not the same :

Several months ago i have done the test in a large AV center shop; i have recorded some Cd-Recordable Plasmon DVD-R double side ( very very bad media ) using the Pioneer A03 and A04 dvd-burners, dvd Maestro authoring software, Prassi 2.0 for writing the image ( without the Nero compatibility problems only recently solved ).

The Sony NS400 and all the Pioneer have not had any reading problems, but not the Panasonic RV31-RA71.

They do not accept the disk or only do after very long time and always with freeze and/or pixelation problems in the playing.

No problems using good media as Pioneer or TDK or Verbatim etc etc.

Funny,

dont have had that problems ( exept the nero stuff )
i always use Sony Dvd-r(w) as well the +R(w)
if i remeber well i paid euro 1.2 and 1.8 for it

Jan,

Sony cannot sell bad media.

In Italy as reseller i pay the Verbatim DVD-R at 2,5 Euro without vat and this is the lower price for a good labelled ( warrant of quality )media.

Where you find Sony DVD-R at 1,2 Euro ?

E' vero, quando collego il 757 al plasma Panasonic in RGBS
(anche con splitter per RGBHV)
ho problemi con il sync verticale.

IL problema non si presenta con dischi senza protezione.

Certo e' meglio non averlo il macrovision che averlo abilitato.

Comunque e' davvero folle che ancora oggi costruiscano apparecchi ( a parte i VCR ovviamente ) che non "digeriscono" il macrovision.

Penso saprai gia' che esiste uno scatolotto da quattro soldi e talmente piccolo da stare nel guscio della scart che ripulisce il segnale.

In ogni caso possibile che Panasonic non si degni di risolvere il problema ?
