Non ho buone notizie...
Ieri sera ho inviato una mail alla dvico per avere news riguardanti la spedizione...
Good Morning,
On 30 of April i have send to you my faulty Dvico M6500 (Tracking dvico TVIX-###- Fed.ex Tracking ####) following the procedure.
Yesterday Fed.Ex say to me that they have delivered the package to your address. (http://www.fedex.com/###)
On 2 of May i recived this mail from dvico:
"Dear Customer,
We have received your FedEx tracking number and we are very thankful that you followed the procedures.
We were going to send you the new set of TViX 6500 from Hong Kong warehouse as soon as we confirm your FedEx tracking number.
However, 1st and 2nd of May, are national holydays in Hong Kong. So shipping will resume on next Monday.
We are very sorry for the delay in sending you the new set and we ask for your understanding.
Thank you.
Dvico."
I know that it's probaly to early to recive the new unit, but i'm very happy if you can send me the fed.ex tracking number of the returning shipping, so i can monitor the delivery.
