HDD multimediale non legge tutti i formati.

Ciao a tutti,
spero di scrivere nella sezione giusta del forum, se non fosse così mi scuso
immediatamente (spostate la discussione dove credete sia più opportuno)

Spiego in due parole il mio problema:
Ho un hard disk multimediale che non mi legge tutti i file mkv:
Il primo file (di cui vi elenco sotto le caratteristiche) viene letto senza problemi,
il secondo file (elenco anche di questo le caratteristiche) viene letto solo l'audio ma il video è completamente
nero... Dove sta il problema, che voce dell'elenco sotto devo guardare? Grazie!!!!

ora, non vorrei essere sgarbato, ma ti devo far notare che non hai neanche detto di che hard disk multimediale stiamo parlando, come ti si fa ad aiutare?!

in secondo luogo... non fai prima a fare qualche prova rippando il materiale in vario modo e quando trovi il metodo che funziona utilizzi sempre quello (perché ti ricordo che in questo forum non si parla di materiale illegalmente scaricato )?
