"""Official Update on Anti-RBE Feature for HORIZON 20 Series
We want to be transparent: this feature has been actively under development inside our team for some time. Over the past few months, our engineers have been working intensively on multiple technical approaches to reduce the rainbow effect while maintaining image quality. This hasn’t been an easy process. Our engineering team has spent countless late nights testing, adjusting, and rebuilding parts of the solution to get the balance right.
Today, Mier is happy to share a real demo of the current progress with the community.
Below are two short clips showing the current Anti-RBE implementation in action.
(Real footage — only subtitles and voiceover added, no visual processing)
From the current internal build, we can already confirm a few key results:
• The rainbow effect reduction is very noticeable
• Image noise is minimal
However, there are still a few steps required before we can officially release this feature to everyone:
Coordination with Texas Instruments (TI)
Google certification process for the firmware update
Final development and validation of the new DLP firmware
Because of these dependencies, the feature cannot be pushed immediately in the next update.
That said, we want to give the community a clear commitment:
The Anti-RBE feature is planned to be imported by the latest in the third quarter (September).
We’ll continue to share updates as development progresses, and we look forward to bringing this improvement to everyone soon.
""""
Arriverà verso settembre (si spera).
Il miglioramento sembra esserci ma con delle imperfezioni minime di rumore video (cito).
Qualcosa si muove.
Vedremo.
