La seconda tappa del confronto tra TV OLED e proiettori Epson si sposterà a Padova, in occasione del Gran Galà dell'Alta Fedeltà. Nella suite 235 porteremo di nuovo a confronto il TV Sony Bravia 8 II con tecnologia QD-OLED con i due campioni dotati di pannello OLED-WRGB, ovvero il Panasonic Z95B e il Loewe Stellar, tutti con diagonale da 55", mostrati sia in default che dopo una accurata calibrazione. Sessioni il sabato 22 novembre dalle dalle 10:30 alle 18:30 e la domenica 23 dalle 10:30 alle 17:30.

penso che una esposizione tecnica e dettagliata dei problemi incontrati sia utile ad ogni utente del forum per trarre le proprie personalissime conclusioni.

Volevo solo informare gli interessati che Lang e` riuscito ad iscriversi al Forum (cosa non proprio facile, se non si conosce l'Italiano!), e presto sara` disponibile per chiarimenti e domande.

We'd like to begin by helping you understand who Projection Systems (CRTcinema.com) is.
We are a group of engineers, electrical technicians, designers and home theater enthusiasts. Our goal is to keep CRT projection alive and offer product support even after the manufacturers have discontinued parts and support. We design and even remanufacturer parts so CRT owners can keep enjoying the best technology there is for home theater.
Since there are only a few businesses like ours in existance in the world, the demand for our services and products is very high. Our business has increased 200% in the last 2 years. Most of us work 60-80 hours each week and have responsibilities in more then one department. We currently support about 2500 projectors in 45 different countries. But we only have 7 techs on our staff.
In most cases once an order is placed, it takes 2-3 weeks for it to ship. Once the funds are received the order is processed and put into the service schedule. Depending on how many projectors are backed up it can take a week or two for it to receive the final service inspection before being sent to the shipping department. We actually check each machine 2 times, once when it arrives here for operation and CRT condition, and then we do a final service which is more complete once its sold. Since we are the only used CRT projector reseller who offers a 1 year warranty, we want to be sure the projector will not have to be sent back for service.
As you know the internet is not always the safest place to send your money. We have tried to offer the very best service we can to our customers. We have been an ebay gold powersellers since 1998 and have a 99.7% positive feedback rating in over 2000 large sales around the world. Its clear that we are not out to take peoples money and not deliver.
If we could afford to hire additional specialists in our industry, it may improve our speed in getting orders out. But due to the economy and the special market we serve its just not practical for us at this time. So getting a $25,000 video projector for $2500 just takes a little more patience.
We have addressed the concerns of the posts in this thread privately and we always invite comments and your feedback about our service. Thank you again for the opportunity to post in english.

I'm concerned for this delay, and my projector has still today not been shipped. I believe for this reason that my concerns are right.

bhe' ha scritto che l'azienda è formata da tecnici , appassionati, gente che ci tiene che il mercato dei video proiettori non muoia etc etc, sono solo in 7 ( fosse la svolta ? mo gli chiedo se mi assume !!) e devono assistere 2500 Proiettori in 45 paesi, ( scusa per i ritardi ), potremmo assumere altri specialisti pero' come sai il mercato è un po' fermo bla bla ( non credo che mi assumerebbe 
)
Aggiunge che prendere un proiettore di 25.000 $ per 2500 richiede molta pazienza ( di questa non ho capito il senso , non sono aste ??).
Comunque ho riassunto cio' che è stato un bellissmo SPOT, ci aspettavamo RISPOSTE ........e infatti GIGI glielo fa presente riportando le due risposte ricevute da LANG .
Nell'ultima dice che il 26 hanno ricevuto " i verdoni " e che entro 7 al massimo 10 giorni il proiettore sarebbe partito.
Siamo a 18 giorni !!! NDR
GIGI , incrocia le dita , forse non ha risposto a tono perche' non ha compreso il senso delle tue lamentele.
Gia' il fatto che ti abbia riconosciuto comunque è buon segno !!

Our shipping department should have privately emailed you the tracking number. Your projector was shipped with Fed-Ex.
I spoke with the technician today that serviced it and found that during the final service he actually had to remove every board from your projector and check each one individually for a issue that he discovered. It has been found and the faulty board was replaced. This took a few days extra since we will then burn in the new board and verify that the issue was resolved before shipping it around the world. Being in the office I don't always get all of the technical information right away.
Again we apologize for the delays that can occur at times due to a larger work load on our service and shipping departments.

dice anche che testano i prj 2 volt, la prima volta alla valutazione per la vendita e una seconda volta, in maniera più accurata, quando venduto perchè visto che danno una garanzia di un anno vogliono ridurre al minimo il rischio di riparazioni in garanzia. Il discorso che sono solo in sette si va a legare al fatto che oltre ai famosi 2500 prj ingiro per il mondo, devono fare questo secondo controllo, e i tempi variano in base a quanti prj sono stati venduti in quel periodo, perche sono messi in ordine di vendita. Più prj venduti in quel periodo... piu tempo di attesa per intenderci.Questo almeno è quello che ho capito io.

I would like just to advise you to warn yr customer about the possible delivery time. This, in order to avoid such a discussions.
