Ecco il comunicato ufficiale con tutta la lista degli extra che conferma per l'ennesima vlta come Disney tenga al formato BRD più di tutti.

Disney Announces Pinocchio Platinum Blu-ray

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring 'Pinocchio: 70th Anniversary Platinum Edition' to Blu-ray on March 10th, day-and-date with the DVD re-release. Video will be presented in 1080p AVC accompanied by a 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack. This two-disc Blu-ray set will also feature a bonus DVD of the film, similar to the recent 'Sleeping Beauty' Blu-ray release, for those who want a standard definition copy for the bedroom or car.

Extras for this release include:

• Disney BD-Live Network – The Disney BD-Live Network is just one of the many ways movie lovers, families, and loved ones can continue to stay connected and engage in their favorite movies (BD Exclusive)
  • Movie Chat – Communicate with your remote friends on-screen while in a synchronized viewing party using your remote control or any text enabled device such as a laptop, desk top or any PDA device such as a Blackberry, iPhone or most other regular cell phones. Your chat session will appear over the movie and occur in real-time while watching the movie together.
  • Movie Mail – Blu-ray owners will be able to record a personalized video message of themselves, superimpose that capture onto one of many pre-selected clips of the movie, and send it off to a friend, colleague, or relative. This specific feature enables Pinocchio Blu-ray Disc owner to personalize a very special greeting as never before.

Hai aperto il thread ufficiale 6 mesi prima!Comunque ben fatto,un altro titolo da avere assolutamente,poi l'animazione stavolta e' piu' calda,di quelle che piacciono a me,stile Biancaneve...

Egoisticamente,vorrei che uscissero in ordine cronologico di realizzazione,da Biancaneve in poi:amo di piu' i vecchi classici che non quelli dagli anni 80 in poi.Comunque Pinocchio,gia' 70 anni:come lavoravano bene!

Il dubbio che mi rimane è: che senso ha arrivare a pubblicare l'ultimo dei Classici quando il Blu-Ray starà morendo .....
Come del resto, pubblicarono Cenerentola in DVD, quando il blu-ray era imminente ....

Un grande film e sicuramente l'immagine sarà strepitosa.
Spero che per l'audio italiano utilizzino la traccia già presente nel vecchio DVD, che era in DTS, perchè era perfetta!

Sono fiducioso dopo aver visto il trailer sul BD della BANB lo prenderò ad occhi chiusi
Disney è sicuramente la prima della classe nelle produzioni in BD, magari, fossero tutte di questo spessore le produzioni delle altre compagnie e seguissero la qualità delle sue produzioni

da qui al 2010 le trasposizioni BRD saranno poche.. questo è il prezzo che dobbiamo pagare. Ho molto da ridire comunque sulla scelta di pubblicare Fantasia e Fantasia 2000... imho Robin Hood, La Spada Nella Roccia e La Carica dei 101 hanno molto più potenziale ed appeal..

Cmq la Disney/BV non è l'unica che si dedica parecchio. Anche i film di Warner, Sony, 20thCF e Mondo si vedono parecchio bene.
Cmq è veramente bello il trailer di Pinocchio... anche quello
è da prendere il Day One.

@ Trail,scusa ma delle major da te citate non inserirei per nulla Warner,
non mi piace per niente l'impostazione di immagine che da ai suoi BD,e poi e' ridicola quasi sempre sul versante audio!!!!

Sì, è il suo formato originale (1.37:1) e non so come sarà il rapporto dell'immagine del film onde avere l'HD... magari lasceranno come nel trailer le bande nere verticali.
