problemi praticamente nulli secondo il mio parere non mi ha letto un paio di 3d poi tutto il resto ok, anche se mi aspetto miglioramenti

(1) Thanks to DsaPac this community can now enjoy a wonderful collection of TV live channels and HD clips without requiring any special scripting or manual download or install.
You will see now on your main screen of the device under Apps a new entry called : Xtreamer Live. In this version we disabled it by default. You will need to enable it from the settings/service menu by clicking 1 on your remote control and accepting the terms of the disclaimer. Just click 1 and you will be good to go . The firmware will create for you the /scripts folder and will deploy inside 2 packages. The Xtreamer live made by DsapacTV
(2) We added password to the XXX area. Use 8888 to enter.
(3) We fixed the HDD format function.

This is just another small update.
We did not fix on this build anything else. this version is the base for xtreamer sidewinder 3 also .
More updates with heavy serious debugging as provided by this community feedback is coming as soon as we will finish .

Installation

To install just download, extract the file and copy install.img form the USB folder to the root of a USB stick.
Go to your Prodigy, turn it off by unplugging the power cord for few sec.
Put the cord back but dont power the machine as yet.
Plug the USB stick at the back of the Prodigy
When the machine is OFF press the power button for 5 sec (you will see that the blue LED light is turning on but still keep your finger pressed on the power button until the power led is turning off).
When its turning off you can release your finger and let it start flash the firmware.


Do not power off the machine while the update process is taking place. BE PATIENT IT WILL TAKE LONGER TIME THAN NORMAL IN THIS UPDATE. If you do you will brick your device and we will not honor it as RMA. If you are not sure what you are doing just dont do it.

on this update we ask you to watch out the tv screen while you perform the update. Once you start the process (that may take few long minutes) wait for the "installation complete" message to appear in the end of the update process.


This will be the time you will need to remove the USB stick from the device before the device will boot. Otherwise the Xtreamer live package will be installed in your USB and not to your internal HDD.
Do not remove the USB a single second before you will see the installation complete message shown on your TV screen .

Scusate ma c'è un posto in europa dove poter comprare il Xtreamer Prodigy Silver?
Ho cercato sia nei post, sia in rete ma l'unico posto pare il sito ufficiale dell'Xtreamer direttamente da Hong Kong e quindi più iva e dazi doganali. Avevo visto tempo fa che avrebbero aperto un e-shop europeo ma non ne ho trovato più notizia...
Sapreste dirmi se qualcuno lo ha comprato quanto sono iva e dazi? A me verrebbero intorno ai 50 euro 159+35=194 +21% iva più 4% = 244,13 giusto?

il negozio europeo dovrebbe aprire a marzo ... almeno così riporta il sito ufficiale
Alternativa potresti vedere il negozio 3wshop e sentire se riesce ad avere anche il silver

Sei un grande, da pixmania e con tutte le ricerche su internet non mi era venuto fuori, sarà perchè cercavo il prodigy silver mentre su pix è indicato senza silver. Pagato comprese spese di spedizione, il modello wi-fi (silver) naturalmente, 195,90

Ciao a tutti,
desideravo sapere, prima di acquistare questo player, se:
lo collego ad un plasma 42'' hd ready pioneer kuro (che non ha hdmi 1.4...) se posso avere problemi. Ovviamente lo userei per il 2D, in attesa di aggiornarmi ad una tv 3D...a me fondamentalmene interessa che legga tutti i formati audio e per i video: mkv, dvd iso, ifo, vob, blu ray iso e tutti i codecs che stanno in .avi. Il tutto via Lan da hard disks remoti del pc di casa. Lo posso fare?
Che mi dite?
Mi vorrei aggiornare con un player più al passo, rispetto al "vecchio MVIX 760 hd che posseggo, ma che non legge h264
Per poi passare (forse) ad una tv 3d.

Al momento no, aspettiamo con ansia il firm. 3.5/4 che dovrebbe implementare il jukebox per scaricare info e locandine.
Per il momento l'unico sistema e' mettere la foto della locandina nella stessa cartella del film e rinominarle in modo uguale.
