Ciao a tutti,

sto valutando l'acquisto di un media player e sono rimasto a 3 modelli:
- Zidoo X9s
- HiMedia Q10pro
- nVidia Shield

Il mio uso è questo:
- film da NAS QNAP via rete locale (via cavo)
- musica Flac via NAS QNAP

Non prevedo di usare Netflix nè Amazon.
nVidia vedo che usa Android TV mentre gli altri Android tradizionale. Quali sono le differenze?

Io ho sia l' Himedia Q5 che lo Zidoo X9s, come rete con il Q5 non ho avuto alcun problema a vedere tutte le mie cartelle e Hdd condivisi con rete cablata, veramente semplice ed immediata la configurazione
Mentre con lo Zidoo sto avendo parecchi problemi ad accededere al pc Windows 10 e ad altri mediaplayer come il Dune, fortunatamente con il nas nessun difficoltà.
Per me una notevole caratteristica dello Zidoo è la gestione dei menu full BD implementata con il nuovo firm 1.3.0

Ho provato ad attivare Transmission, ma non trovo i file scaricati nel percorso /tmp/transmission/Download.
Dove sbaglio ?
Utilizzando una microSD si puó utilizzare come memoria di sistema aggiuntiva ?

ciao, chiedo ad i possessori, come si comporta con file 4k hdr fuori standard come Lucy, qualcuno ha provato? il q10 pro ha grossi problemi con questi file, le bande nere vengono tagliate e di conseguenza le persone e le cose diventano schiacciate e lunghe....
qualcuno puo provare per favore

Ti ringrazio infinitamente per la dritta! Ormai avevo gettato la spugna nello trovare un lettore free (10 cent lo si può considerare tale) che mi leggesse anche i file più complessi del nas sullo smartphone. Davvero un lettore fantastico, con molte future. Approfittatene gente!

Esiste qualche modo per installare kodi 17.1 mantenendo tutti i miei dati? Ho speso molto tempo nei settings, creazione playlist, aggiunta dei miei voti, visti e non visti, etc. e preferirei non perder tutto nell'upgrade.
