Hi Sir,
I purchased a samsung LCD product in your state. It is the model LE40F86BD, model code LE40F86BD/XEC, Serial number AK3738PPA04673X, Panel version SS04, Type no.: PY40EO made in Slovakia Prestige card n° *******.
I am having a very widespread problem among European owners of this model (both 40 "46").
The problem (as shown in the video) "bands sliding" or "scrolling lines" across the screen, from top to bottom. This happens with all connections (hdmi 1,2,3, scart, component)....and even without any connection, that is only with the plug inserted as wallpaper and putting on the screen menu settings.
Samsung Milano (Italy) has already been informed and has sent a tv that model together with my video and other holders of that model TV at Samsung Korea.
I have contacted because my model was produced in your state, then, you know the hardware installed and you can better understand the problem (Lamps ecc....)
Please, please see this e-mail (and video) to your engineers.
