Learning codici IR telecomando MCE

Io ho l'SBC RU-885 e mi ricordo, con un certo telecomando, di aver faticato parecchio prima di fargli apprendere certi tasti nel senso che ho dovuto ripetere la procedura per 5-10 volte !!

ti ringrazio, ma ho una certa esperienza sull'885. non si tratta di frequenze difficili da inserire ma proprio di frequenze "impossibili" tanto che la temo che siano o frequenze differenti (premo il tasto 1 volta esce 1 frequenza, lo ripremo ne esce un'altra) o macro.
Infatti i tasti delle freccie su e giù, vengono appresi sia dal pronto che da altri telecomandi, ma poi funzionano solo 1 volta. In pratica se premo freccia su 1 volta funziona, la volta successiva no, a meno che non prema in mezzo un'altro tasto (tipo info).
quindi se premo :

ottengo che l'htpc risponde salendo una volta
se premo :
su
info
su
ottengo la sequenza giusta.

Alcuni telecomandi utilizzano una doppia sequenza di codice per lo stesso tasto:in pratica,premendo lo stesso tasto,la prima volta manda il treno di impulsi IR "A" ,la seconda "B", la terza "A" etc.etc. Non vorrei che sia questo il caso

No,a meno che (non conosco il tuo telecomando) non sia possibile programmare delle macro e in tal caso al tasto associ ad una macro la trasmissione alternata dei codici (una volta il codice A,una volta il B)
idea
prova fare così:
crei due tastm fasulli sul pronto (x e Y)
crei un tasto freccia su sul pronto
premi freccia su sul telocmando MCE e lo registri su x
ripremi freccia su sul telocmando MCE e lo registri su y
assegni al tasto freccia su sul pronto la macro x+y
così per tutti i tasti del telecomando MCE
Come logica dovrebbe funzionare

L'unico "rischio" è che prenda 2 volte il comando però tentar non nuoce

Ciao, vorrei sapere se hai risolto il prob. Fra poco nascerà il mio primo HTPC e pensavo proprio di usarlo tramite il PRONTO. Ho letto di questi problemi anche su remote.central.

there is a lovely feature that was added in an MCE 2004 update and it is the same with MCE 2005. It is called debounce, it a feature that allows media center to detect incorrect key presses, however it can be removed by
click Start->Run
Enter Regedit.exe Click 'OK'
Drill down through the explorer tree until you find
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\idIr\Remotes\745a17a0-74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da] the long number may well be different, if you have more than one long number under idir then change the below option in both
Then, in the right-hand pane, double click on 'EnableDebounce'. In the resulting window, change the value from 0x00000001 (1 - decimal) to 0x00000000 (0 - decimal)
Click OK.
Close Regedit

scusa ma mi sfugge l'effettiva utilita' di questo hack del registro, da quel che ho capito serve per far ignorare i codici IR incompleti all'OS
a che pro ?
