Trattandosi entrambi di prodotti entry level io mi orienterei sul più economico e quindi sul panasonic che si trova a meno di 1600 € (e probabilmente il prezzo è destinato a scendere ancora con l'arrivo dei PT-AE200/300)
Con uno schermo di 80" l'effetto zanzariera dovrebbe essere abbastanza ridotto mentre per la luminosità a quanto si legge sul forum con un filtro ND2 si possono ottenere risultati notevoli.
Ovviamente però sei tu che devi vederli in azione e vedere se per te è più sgradevole l'effetto zanzariera oppure l'effetto arcobaleno (che, da quel che ho capito, non tutti percepiscono in egual misura) e se la differenza di prestazioni vale i circa 1500€ di differenza.
Per quanto mi riguarda dopo aver meditato a lungo l'acquisto del piccolo panny dopo mesi di letture mi sono fatto contagiare ed ho deciso di passare alla soluzione Tritubo usato che dovrebbe garantire maggiori soddisfazioni (accompagnate a maggiori tribolazioni però
)

Panasonic TH-AE100 will be soon discontinued by AE200 and AE300.
We have applied "Zero(or stuck) pixel policy" to this projector.
But, after its discontinuance, we cannot get its replaced unit from
Panasonic Japan.
So, we are compelled to stop its replacement policy from now, as follows;
1. All of AE100 purcharsed(paid) after September 18 cannot be replaced in
any cases.
2. If it has defectiveness on AE100 purcharsed after Sep 18, it will be
treated as warranty repair, not as replacement .
3. Pixel trouble cannot be replaced.
Please note that pixel trouble cannot be even repaired because of technical
difficulties.
Other trouble can be pixed by warrrany repair in Japan.
4. AE100 purcharsed(paid) before Sep 18, can be replaced untill 30 days from
its arrival on customer.
We have stoped selling AE100 itself Oct 03) by following reasons.
Thouhg AE100 seems to be still available on kakaku.com site,
but, most of available AE100 was manufactured before July this year.
As you know, Panasonic seems to have changed AE100's power module from July
model, which decreased remarkably power trouble.
It seems that Panasonic has stopped making new AE100's unit, they are
providing past stocks.
We cannot sell such old products to you.
Please pay your buying attention to new model: AE200.
