Dear HDXers,
I personally received some feed back from forum owners about the recent rumors and bad news spreading across the internet, which come as a surprise to me!
And the thing about customer experiences, usually happy customers do not make comments and angry customers make the most which is understandable but it simply does not reflect the state of the company.
Frankly, i am working pretty hard (almost 12 hours a day) replying to close to 300 over support questions daily and inevitably back logs are piling up like the Mount Everest.
The end result is we simply do not have the bandwidth of monitoring our user forum anymore currently.
This is largely because we are very understaffed at the moment due to last announcement i made.

With the growing HDX users around the globe, on 1 end it is great for the company, on the other end it meant that it will not do with only 1 person providing support!
Why are we not hiring? This is because of Asian Culture when it is near to the chinese new year most employee do not want to leave the company simply because it is BONUS time!
And lastly the concern over DTS release date, i know i made a promise that we will get it by December and obviously that promise did not come true. We are setting up another meeting with DTS face to face this week to sort out all the delays and I will make another annoucement regarding this.
