Indiana line tesi 260- impedenza

Salve,
dietro alle mie casse Tesi 260 è scritto:
4 ÷ 8 OHM AMPLIFIER LOAD IMPEDANCE.
Come devo settare l'impedenza sul mio ampli che è un NAD 3020e, indifferentemente a 4 o 8 ohm?

NOTE: Some Receivers have an impedance selector switch. DON'T USE THEM! The manufacturer puts them there for UL approvals as well as easing consumer concerns about driving low impedance loads. These switches step down voltage feed to the power sections which will limit dynamics and overall fidelity. Keep the switch set for 8 ohms regardless of the impedance of your speakers and ensure proper ventilation of the Receiver.


Sembra che con 4 Ohm venga impostato un limitatore alla tensione erogata
( e penso quindi anche alla corrente, l. di Ohm) quando si collegano casse
con basse impedenze, che potrebbero ciucciare troppe Ampere all'amp.
Forse le differenze si sentirebbero a vol sostenuti.
'Sto selettore l'avevo su amp Yamaha, piuttosto inutile, messo forse per
qualche norma estera + restrittiva.
