Dear iScan HD Beta Tester,

Thank you for using and testing the iScan HD beta software. We appreciate your feedback and support.

We have fixed some bugs found in beta software versions and have released a new software version (HD-5.6-1.31). This new software version is available on our web site at www.dvdo.com/update.

We recommend that you to update your beta software to this new released software.

If you downloaded your beta software on September 16 or later, then you don't need to download the newly released version as it is the same as your beta version.

The list of bugs found in the beta releases are given below. They have been fixed in the current 5.6-1.31version.


Beta version : 4.5-1.30b4:

1. SDI Line Offset
-----------------
When the SDI Line Offset is adjusted in the previous software version, the system would generate an error condition.

2. Serial Port Communication
-----------------
The Serial Port communication was not reliable at low baud rates.


Beta version : 5.6-1.31b1:

3. Color Flashes
-----------------
Some units exhibit color flashes

4. Increased power consumption
------------------------------------
Units with this software version consume more power

Salve. Mi potreste spiegare cos'è questo beta HD software che tra l'altro non è ancora disponible?
Io ho aggiornato oggi il mio iscan hd con la nuova release chiamata HD software 5.6-1.31.

La notizia postata, riguarda la comunicazione da parte DVDO che e' disponibile la nuova versione da Te installata.
Chi fa parte del Programma Beta testing e aveva installato una versione Beta ( l'ultima era la 5.6-1.31b1 ) e' invitato all'upgrade.
Al momento, NON sono disponibili versioni Beta, avendo DVDO rilasciato la 5.6-1.31 definitiva.
