Con i codec LAV va tutto a scatti, la codifica Hardware si disattiva (ho selezionato UHD e anche NVIDIA CUVID, ma non servono a nulla!), i filmati a 1080P/ H265, invece, sorprendentemente si vedono perfettamente e senza scatti di sorta!

Magari con qualche codec a pagamento si risolverebbe? Mi ricordo che CoreAVC con H264 faceva miracoli... con FFDSHOW con il vecchio PC andavano a scatti con CoreAVC invece erano perfetti...
