Ti stanno dicendo che hai scelto come metodo di pagamento l'assegno o il bonifico bancario.

E ti ricordano di allegare al pagamento il numero del tuo ordine o la mail con cui ti sei registrato, così ti riconoscono.

Quando ricevono i soldi ti spediscono la merce.

Per fare ordini online negli USA ti conviene comunque usare la carta di credito perché fare un bonifico negli USA non è semplice (ci vuole un bancario sopra la media), ne economico.

No, non fanno contrassegno.

E leggendo sul sito sembra che abbiano anche dei problemi con i bonifici internazionali.

Penso che l'unico modo sia la carta di credito.
