TV Lg non mantiene memorizzata password Wi-Fi

Ciao, ho provato a cercare nel forum ma non ho trovato nulla, nel caso fosse già stato affrontato l'argomento chiedo venia..
Ho un problema con il mio TV LG 47LM660S. Da qualche giorno non mi tiene più salvata la password del wifi. Ogni volta che lo spengo devo reinserirla manualmente.
Il problema sembra essere sorto dopo che per un disservizio sulla linea ADSL ho collegato la TV in HotSpot con il cellulare.
Il giorno successivo l'ho ricollegata al WiFi domestico, ma da li non mi memorizza più la password.
Premetto che non ho cambiato il modem, ne parametri di rete. Ho provato anche dal pannello delle impostazioni della TV a impostare la rete manualmente ma nulla.
Coem posso risolvere?

Prova a fare un reset completo della tv

Risolto facendo un reset completo della TV. Era l'ultima cosa che avrei voluto fare per non doverla riconfigurare nuovamente da zero. Grazie Biosam per la dritta

Fairly new LG TV would not hook up to a new CenturyLink modem/router (model pk5001z). The old modem/router worked fine with TV. Here's what I did: Access new router at 192.168.0.1. Go to "wireless setup" under the security drop down menu change "wpa-wpa2-personal" to "WPA Personal" and then "apply". LG tech told me the TV will not handle wpa-wpa2 protocol but WPA would work. Push the WPS button on the router and then go to the TV and connect entering password when prompted. I got to this after figuring out that the TV would hook up easily to the wifi if I chose the "no security option" under the set up wireless tab for the modem. Obviously no security was not a long term option. Then, my wife's apple devices would not hook up to the wifi with the WPA protocol. So, under the wireless/SSID Setup tab, click on SSID 2, and apply the the WPA-WPA2-Personal security protocol. Be sure "enable broadcast." and "apply" to SSID 2. My wife's apple stuff now uses SSID 2 and the TV uses CenturyLink connection. For reasons I don't get, the TV would not use the SSID 2 set up even with the WPA security designation. Hope that helps someone.
