Vendo coppia B&W 803D CHERRY ciliegio chiaro, perfette condizioni, tenute maniacalmente, con imballi originali, istruzioni, etc. vendo quasi al 50 per cento in meno (ribassate) 4.770€ (listino 8400). Usate meno di 100 ore complessive: rodaggio delle prime 200 ore ancora da completare. Provenienza distributore italiano Audiogamma. E' un modello che non ha bisogno di presentazioni, dal suono semplicemente straordinario. Un riferimento assoluto in un cabinet dal footprint contenuto. Già imballate e pronte per essere ritirate o spedite. Vi invito a fare autonomamente una ricerca: in qualsiasi sito del mondo verificherete che sono considerate tra il meglio esistente sul mercato! In poche parole questi diffusori producono un suono eccellente, hanno la qualità costrutttiva del più famoso brand di diffusori esistente al mondo (riferimento anche per le sale di registrazione) e sono strutturate con un cabinet di alto design. I upgraded to a set of B&W 703’s about a year ago because I could not find any 803’s in my price range. In preparation of that upgrade I purchased a set of 2 Rotel 1091 500watt. Although I preferred Bryston’s their pre-owned price was prohibitive. Following Brystons, Rotel 1090 or 1091’s were rated by users as the best choice for B&W’s. When the 803’s arrive I had listened to my favourite CD many times the 803’s produced sound that was so clear and accurate that I was completely blown away. As good as the 703’s were they were no comparison to the 803’s. Notes that I had never heard before appeared, subtle nuances became were displayed. There were passages that sent chills down my spine. The clarity was well beyond my expectations. I selected Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon CD as it also would test the reproduction of everything from silence to heart beats. The opening of Money presents the sound of change rattling around. The 803’s presentation is so accurate that you could actually pick out the difference between the coins, gone was the overall clash as every other speaker system I’ve ever heard. B&W 803’s are phenomenal speakers. They produce CLEAR and ACCURATE sound. Even on the used market they are not inexpensive but they are well worth the investment.

Thoroughly enjoyed using these speakers. They do have very deep bass, smooth mids and liquid like treble. I did listen for hours to other pairs at the local shop and compared it with others. The 804 seemed thinner, lighter in the bass or more compressed soundstage but more controlled in small rooms. I had upgraded from a pair of Matrix 802s3 and improvements were many. The 803 were definitely more delicate, fuller textured reproduction, improved ambiance, transparency, resolution, a wider soundstage and focus was also better. All improvements were fully appreciated after many hours of breakin.
These speakers can still play bass heavy tracks surprisingly well. The room will really shake. Bass can snap so tight, rumble low and deep and the treble will be smooth or piercing depending on the quality of source/electronic you wish to use or play. String instruments take on a slight wood sound illusion. The best part IMO is the MF FST driver. These beautiful hand crafted speakers fit nicely in our mid-sized room with our hardwood.
Strengths: Many listed above, sensitivity, delicate details and smooth ambiance, clean accurate tone, state of the art drivers. The hand crafted appearance and scent of red stained cherry wood. Rated at 250 watts but can easily take more than rated clean watts.

Excellent imaging and detail. I believe a speaker that shows flaws as many reviewers seem to think is a good thing simply means they are not reference quality able to master the sonics I'm looking for. Detail and imaging. Great for acoustic, some classical and some jazz in my opinion.

I have owned these speakers for over two years now,and have enjoyed most music played through them. Placement of speakers and listening seat is crucial.In my room my placement is about as good as it will get,nice soundstage and imaging,nice tight deep bass. They need top notch source equipment,interconnects,a powerful amp,and good speaker cables,get these right and you are rewarded with great non fatiguing sound,so you can listen for hours,sometimes you dont realise just how loud they are playing until someone comes in the room and tries to talk to you! but its not just volume,you can also listen quietly and not miss much. For reproducing a believable musical event,and in the process entertaining you,the 803's are fabulous.
Strengths: World class loudspeaker from a company with great backup.Top build,looks,and of course,sound.
Weaknesses: None I can think of.

Summary:
I upgraded from B&W 7nt's to the 803's, well worth the price. A great speaker, sounded even better after cable upgrades and a power conditioner. Audio alone or home theater, this speaker is WOW! You should look at bi wiring them! Strengths: Warm sound, look wonderful, I am very happy with them.

Summary: The 803's are a great pair of speakers. Better than most any floorstander in this range easily. The imaging and soundstaging are terrific, and the resolution on this speaker is just incredible. I highly recommend this speaker to anyone. Just remember to give this speaker the juice it deserves.

This speaker is a perfect acoustic piece of engineering. The sound, bass, treble and overall a smooth crip sound for all the movie listners and hardcore jazz fans. I went from a Polk 5.1 system and it will change your entire perception of quality.
Strengths: sound crispness,trebile,and balance is outsanding. features and physical appearance are great!

Summary:
Gorgeous looks,superb build quality.They have a nice,well voiced,open sound,and a seamless integration of the frequencies,which makes for long listening sessions. Bass is ample for me,positioning of speakers and listening seat make a big difference,and experimenting is vital to get the best out of them. Midrange is superb and lucid,as is the nautilus tweeters,open and airy. I can thoroughly recommend the 803's,they are very musical,and revealing.
Strengths:Big,open,non fatiguing sound.Superb cabinetry,and great looks.
Weaknesses: None really.

Summary: These are very revealing speakers! Bass is very tight and reasonably deep (there's no need for an additional subwoofer), mids are outstanding (vocals are world class), highs are sweet and natural. You can enjoy listening to these babies without any fatigue. I won't give five stars for value because I don't think that you can call any HiFi-equipment in this price range a "bargain".

Summary: At home,were the 803's again well run in by the dealers,the bass was far superior,lower and more dynamic,midrange and treble appeared more laid back than 804's,making the 804's seem very "hifi" by comparison. These 803's are very dynamic,and I keep nudging up the volume control! the midrange is wonderfully lucid,and treble very sweet and non fatiguing (804's could be harsh on some poorer quality recordings). I think the 804's would work well in smaller rooms,but if you have the extra cash,and the space,the 803's are just the ticket.So impressed was I,that I shall be placing an order for a pair of 803's.
Strengths: Lovely midrange,treble and a powerful bass.Soundstage and imaging are fist rate.Beautiful looks and exquisite cabinetry.Well recorded female vocals are captivating.
Weaknesses: Bit pricey,but heck this is how i enjoy my leisure time. Thats all.

Summary: These speakers continue to get better and better the longer I listen to them. A excellent speaker with a mid and high that are to die for. Not to diss on the bass, because it is ample but the mid is incredible, something that many other speakers are missing.
Strengths: Mid and High Range, A really great classy looking speaker!
