1st choice
You have a mix of 1080p and UHD movies in your videos collection and do not want to change the settings every 5 minutes of your UHD HDR TV.
2160p30 / YCbCr 444 / 10Bit / HDR auto
With these parameters you will be able to see your films HD and UHD HDR without problems.
If you have videos with a frequency above 50Hz, you will need to change the settings ( 2160p60 / YcBcR 4.2.0 / 10Bit, but except for some UHD demos this should not be the case if I do not make mistake )
2nd choice
You do not have yet UHD movies, only 1080p movies, here are the parameters (it's your TV that will do the upscaling 4K) :
1080p60 / YCbCr 444 10 bits / HDR auto.
If you want to see demo UHD / UHD HDR occasionally, you will need to change the settings:
YcBcR or RGB 4.4.4 / 10Bit / HDR AUTO / with UHD Demo/ UHD movies (BDMV) having a frequency below 30HZ
YcBcR 4.2.0 / 10Bit / HDR AUTO / with UHD Demo having a frequency above 50HZ
3rd choice
The quality of the upscaling is different according to the brands of TV, so you can try both choice and see what settings you prefer.
According to your choice it is your egreat or your TV that will make the upscaling

For your information
when I chose the YcBcR 4.4.4 10Bit, my onkyo 656 receiver detects a 12bit signal instead of the 10bit, there is not this problem with the setting YcBcR 4.2.0 10Bit
there is a problem with the 2160p60 YcBcR 4.2.0 10Bit, the Egreat does not keep in memory the 10bit, if you turn OFF and turn ON the Egreat, the setting becomes 2160p60 YcBcR 4.2.0 8Bit instead of 10Bit."

Ok avevo tradotto male io...
Se leggi tra parentesi all' inizio mette i settaggi che ti ho detto io ...e da un errore dove dice che non sa se sbaglia: sei obbligato a tenere quel settaggio lì per la massima resa ....io parlo solo di fonti UHD.
Se hai roba in 1080 dipende se pensi che sia meglio lo scaler della tua tv o del lettore e scegli tu quale usare .

Userò il lettore solo con il proiettore quindi non saprei ancora.
Ma alla fine quale è il settaggio giusto per i film 4k senza toccare nulla ogni volta?? :D

Quello che ti ho scritto io settando 10 bit ogni volta che lo accendi

Ecco quindi non c'è possibilità di evitare questa cosa, scocciante però.

Come è correttamente scritto nell'estratto sopra se lasciate fare l'upscaling al Egreat impostate 4k 30Hz 4:4:4 10bit e l'impostazione viene mantenuta (almeno nel mio caso) ... L'avevo già scritto in precedenza...
Altrimenti mettete 1080p 60Hz 4:4:4 10 bit e cambiate modalità solo prima di visionare un film 4k...

Ragazzi dopo varie prove da una amico abbiamo visto che è solo un bug di dicitura. Non dovete ogni volta ritornare sui 10bit, anche se leggete dalle impostazioni dopo che lo avete riacceso l'8bit lasciate stare perchè state vedendo cmq in 10bit come impostato. Infatti abbiamo provato un film dove si vedeva nettamente l'8bit (scalette nel cielo) e in 10bit era tutto bello sfumato. Ecco quando abbiamo riacceso stava scritto 8bit ma il video era a 10bit. Quindi non vi preoccupate e non lo toccate più.

Ciao si confermo, anche a me nonostante abbia una adsl 20 mega effettiva, mi scarica molto lentamente!!Speriamo solo ci siamo delle migliorie....

Allora dopo 20 minuti buoni ha scaricato, poi ho installato il nuovo fw, ma ho notato che non carica tutte le trame dei film nelle locandine come faceva invece il fw precedente!!
A voi pure lo fa? Mi spiego : le locandine sono tutte caricate, ma alcuni film, non hanno la trama all'interno del quadro centrale!! Invece le info sullle risoluzioni/audio 5.1 ecct compaiono tutte!! Boh!!

L'aggiornamento introduce pochissime migliorie, marginali tra l'altro (il grosso dei bug rimane, come si può leggere nella community di eGreat).
Fossi in voi lascierei le cose come stanno.
