Magari fosse così, il motion blur è comunque presente col materiale filmico a 24p in moltissimi tv, soprattutto nei panning orizzontali, semplicemente è una questione legata alla tecnologia dell'LCD. Anche solo prendendo in considerazione il tv che blaze87 avrebbe intenzione di comprare (55EC930V) , parecchie recensioni, seppur lodandolo in molti aspetti, ne riportano i problemi nel motion resolution:

There is, it has to be said, more resolution loss over motion than you’d get with a plasma screen, but you can reduce the impact of this via the TruMotion processing without it causing too many unwanted side effects as long as you follow our earlier setup advice.

I voti altissimi nelle recensioni, nonostante questo e altri problemi, secondo me sono frutto dell'incredibile stacco di qualità tra l'immagine vista con gli Oled e gli altri televisori dalla tecnologia 'passata', è un po' come vedere la prima volta un blu-ray dopo aver visto per anni DVD: ti stupisci e finisci per minimizzare qualche difettuccio. Detto ciò, ho consigliato a blaze87 di aspettare soprattutto perché già in possesso di un televisore di cui è soddisfatto, fosse il primo acquisto non avrei problemi a dire che può benissimo comprarlo, visto che i 'difetti' vengono in un certo qual modo superati dal salto di tecnologia che rappresenta l'OLED e visto che con i dovuti accorgimenti si possono quantomeno diminuire. Tuttavia alcuni di questi problemi, per un appassionato di cinema, rimangono gravi: DNR sempre attivo.
Ma passiamo agli utenti che questo televisore ce l'hanno a casa o l'hanno testato, che riportano non solo problemi al moto delle immagini ma anche altro:

Yes the tv has superb blacks and contrast, but having to put up with awful bad screen uniformity aint for me! There are a lot of customer complaints regarding this issue on the US AVS Forum.

Non sono uno di quelli che attende sempre il meglio e poi non compra mai, molte volte ho proprio consigliato ad altri che se si aspetta sempre si finisce per non comprare nulla. In questo caso però, essendo l'OLED ai primi passi converrai con me che è consigliabile usare il vecchio adagio di non acquistare nulla che sia all'inizio della sua produzione e/o i primi modelli in assoluto (soprattutto se poi non si ha tutta quella disponibilità economica), se non si vuole fare da 'cavie' al primo acquisto importante. Una mia personalissima opinione: è una iattura che ci sia solo LG per ora in campo, ci sono marche che in fatto di elettronica sono più in gamba e magari questi difetti verranno risolti con un po' di sana concorrenza tra un paio d'anni.
