    I purchased several different speaker terminals, screw-down as well as spring loaded, for a top end car stereo installation. After evaluating 3 different terminals, I installed these. The springs on these terminals are strong...perfect for the sub woofers going in the rear doors. The gold is a bonus...no corrosion over years of use. Excellent quality, excellent product.

    I installed these in JBL 100s. They were a snap to install and will take the heavier gauge speaker wire(I used 14 gauge, will accept lower gauges). I recommend them.

    I often build test equipment people hook wires to. I used to use Radio Shack speakers terminals but their quality has sunk over the years. These work better. A little pricey, but no too bad.
